I am watching this anime, and read that was originally a Light Novel. Since then I started reading a light novel called A Certain Magical Index.
The author of Welcome to the N.H.K is still writing and his name is Tatsuhiko Takimoto (滝本 竜彦) and he was also a Hikikomori.
